There are 2 key cycles that help with the body's rejuvenation:

1: Fermentation Cycle
2: Sulphur Cysteine Cycle

The "life giving" reaction of Cysteine:

To make it easy for you to understand, below gives a general description of how it is used in hair treatments:

This term is only used correctly when the active chemical thioglycollate (also used for cold permanent waving) is put on and absorbed into the hair. Using this chemical the sulphur bridges of cystine -bonds break down and hydrogen atoms are fixed in place. This is a reduction reaction. The result is a softening of the hair. This enables it to be either bent or straightened because new molecules of another amino acid cysteine are then formed in some of the positions that were previously cystine . By joining-up the broken sulphur bridges by removing the hydrogen atoms in these new temporary cysteine -bonds, the sulphur atoms come together again to reform cystine as they were formerly, but the hair having now changed its shape if it had been bent or straightened. This removal of hydrogen is an oxidation reaction, having required an oxidising agent to be put into the hair. This was the 'neutralizer'.
Ref:
http://www.hairscientists.org/straighening-relaxing-hair.htm

According to the above when you oxidize the hydrogen, the sulphurs reform cystine in a regenerative manner. You can use hydrogen peroxide to start this oxidation process, after the cysteine reaction has occurs. However it must be between 2 to 4 drops of food grade hydrogen peroxide via a standard cup of water, and only when the cosmic rays are at higher counts.

Ref:
Hydrogen Peroxide: A Key Messenger That Modulates Protein Phosphorylation Through Cysteine Oxidation
Fluctuations in H2O2 levels can affect the intracellular activity of key signaling components including protein kinases and protein phosphatases. Rhee et al. discuss recent findings on the role of H2O2 in signal transduction. Specifically, H2O2 appears to oxidize active site cysteines in phosphatases, thereby inactivating them. H2O2 also can activate protein kinases; however, although the mechanism of activation for some kinases appears to be similar to that of phosphatase inactivation (cysteine oxidation), it is unclear how H2O2 promotes increased activation of other kinases. Thus, the higher levels of intracellular phosphoproteins observed in cells most likely occur because of the concomitant inhibition of protein phosphatases and activation of protein kinases.

The "Re-Connective effect using Sulphurs" or "rebuilding the body.

The low molecular weight sulphur compounds called cysteine and glutathione also have "magnetic re connective" or age reversal effects on the biological organisms. When this 'reconnection' occurs using the right chemical, biological rejuvenation occurs. It is like going back in time to restore the original tissue, or health / vitality and peak condition. Another analogy is that volcanoes are high in Sulphur dioxide, which create new land for earth.

To test this for yourself, just as a test take in foods that are higher in Sulphur such as brussel sprouts, when the cosmic rays and or solar irridiance is higher. Take this just before going to bed. The next morning your body will be full and alive of energy. add to how to wake up feeling refreshed. Use the The Living Stream page to help find when cosmic rays are higher.

IT IS KEY THAT DURING THIS PHASE, THE ATP PROCESS IS NOT MAXIMIZED or foods that induce ATP/Cataylase are not ingested.
Dopamine, can help slow the ATP/SOD process (only for a short period of time).

Avocado, Banana, Mango, Mushroom, Peach are all high in dopamine, especially when start to turn brown/overripe.
http://www.fao.org/ag/Ags/agsi/ENZYMEFINAL/Enzymatic%20Browning.html

"Following the administration of dopamine, the directionally moving mitochondria slowed down dramatically, and at the end of two hours" (Remember the clue, Jesus lay undisturbed in his tomb for 3 days). This represents the standing still (ONLY VERY TEMPORARY) of the cells mitochondria.

Both DL-methionine and L-cystine when fed at a 0.5% level together with the Torula yeast protected all of the animals from developing liver necrosis and also induced a complete
regeneration of the liver protein in the depleted animals.
Ref:

In the above example, Cysteine and Methionine are the fuel, and the yeast is the "engine".

Niacin and Riboflavin when taken together, help regenerate Vitamin C and Glutathione in the body. Which in turn regenerates Vitamin E.
Ref: http://www.ehow.com/about_4797487_functions-all-vitamins.html

Riboflavin is involved in regenerating glutathione, a component of one of the body's antioxidant system to protect against free-radical damage.
http://www.womens-health-symmetry.com/riboflavin.html

This versatility explains, in part, lipoic acid's role as the linchpin in the antioxidant network. Take, for example, vitamin C. Lipoic acid is able to regenerate this water-soluble molecule in the blood and other aqueous environments, such as the "aqueous humor" (the gel-like liquid in the eye, where the concentration of vitamin C is about 25 times greater than in the blood). Or take vitamin E, which is found mainly in lipidic environments, such as cell membranes - the chemical opposite of an aqueous environment. No problem for lipoic acid - it feels right at home there too, and regenerates vitamin E - but only, apparently, when vitamin C is also present. Lipoic acid's extraordinary regenerative capabilities do not end with the vitamins. Inside our cells, it also regenerates water-soluble glutathione, mainly in the cytoplasm (the cellular fluid), and it regenerates fat-soluble coenzyme Q10 in the mitochondria

The cysteine thiol group is nucleophilic and easily oxidized. The reactivity is enhanced when the thiol ionized, and cysteine residues in proteins have pKa values close to neutrality, so are often in their reactive thiolate form in the cell.[6] Because of its high reactivity, the thiol group of cysteine has numerous biological functions.

NAC-cysteine is rapidly absorbed after oral administration and reaches a maximum plasma level in 2-3 hours, with a half-life of about 6 hours. NAC readily enters cells and is hydrolyzed to cysteine. NAC has been shown to extend the maximum life span of fruit flies by nearly a quarter, but the highest doses were toxic

This protein phase must be temporary or over ageing will result.

What is happening is that the above protect from the cosmic ray radiation that occurs a few days later. It is also during this phase that re-generation occurs also as part of the protection occurs.

Amounts and ratios of methionine and cystine for ingestion:
We conclude from this that a total of 0.46% sulfur-containing amino acids (as 0.28% methionine, 0.18% cystine) in a food providing 470 kcal ME per 100 g does not support normal growth in dogs, whereas levels in excess of 0.75% total sulfur-containing amino acids are adequate with the methionine and cystine ratios used here. From our data the growing dog appears to have a requirement for sulfur-containing amino acids that can be met by 155 mg per 100 kcal ME. This is close to levels determined for other growing omnivores such as rats and mice.

The Sulphur Pathway.

To bring sulphur compounds into our cells, the protein cysteine is required.

Nature knows no other way of introducing sulphidic sulphur into organically bound form than via cysteine.
Ref: http://media.iupac.org/publications/pac/1977/pdf/4902x0137.pdf

When we ionize our bodies with the good radiation that occurs at higher cosmic ray counts, and we introduce the sulphur compounds into our bodies during this time, our bodies reach maximum rejuvenation and vitality, especially when doing the pole balancing ("holding this white light energy in"). One "antenna" for these cosmic rays are granite. Especially the lighter shades of granite. As shown on this page.
/pathway.html

When you rotate the magnets in front of granite during higher cosmic ray counts, you can "extract" that energy from it.

Where to Get Cysteine

Cysteine can be synthesized from the amino acid Methionine. Cysteine is a powerful free radical destroyer by itself, but works best when vitamin E and Selenium are present. B vitamins are also needed to help the body get rid of homocysteine, a waste product that is formed when the body uses cysteine. Cysteine also helps produce glutathione.
http://www.healthvitaminsguide.com/aminoacids/cysteine-and-cystine.htm

Oral Supplementation of Cysteine and Glutathione do not raise levels, rather they must be ingested via a "carrier" so the body can manufacture them.

If your body is filled with metals, the new free radicals that collide with them, especially during higher KP activity, amplify the process even further.

Vitamin E Synergist: Vitamin A

This means that the fermentation process, (which creates B vitamins) should come 1st, followed by the Cysteine and than sulphur compounds. As these compounds rebuild the tissues of the body most easily. It is during the proper fermentation phase, that a lot of the important vitamins and minerals are produced/created.

Lactobacillus Acidophilus is the most commonly used probiotic, or “friendly” bacteria in the human body.
Lactobacillus Acidophilus is also involved in the production of B vitamins (niacin, folic acid, and pyridoxine) during the digestive process.
http://www.googobits.com/articles/1983-good-bacteria-at-your-service.html

And this is why fermentation comes first, because foods that induce fermentation help produce these essential minerals.

The production of cysteine involves several nutrients. As a result, dietary deficiency of methionine, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, s-adenosyl methionine (SAMe) and folic acid may decrease the production of cysteine.
Ref: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=54

Cysteine as we know comes from the amino acid Methionine.

Methionine is a protein,
Foods highest in Methionine are Dried Egg White Flakes, Glucose Reduced.

Seaweed and Spirulina contain the 2nd highest levels, as well as Soy Protein and Sesame Seed Flour
http://www.nutritiondata.com/foods-011084000000000000000.html?maxCount=3

Fish is one of the highest sources of Methionine, another clue is remember jesus was a "fisherman", and ancient texts always state that fish are the source of life.

The Homocysteine Process (must be controlled via B vitamins):

This process involves the conversion of the essential amino acid methionine into cysteine and glutathione, (plus its recycling back to form new methionine). Homocysteine appears at a necessary juncture of these pathways, and as long as it does not accumulate,
If Homocysteine synergistic conversion nutrients are lacking or blocked, this ordinary guy can become corrupted into a violent criminal. The synergistic nutrients involved in the conversion process include vitamins B6 and B12, vitamin B9 (folic acid), B3 (niacinamide) choline, molybdenum and magnesium. If these are present, homocysteine will be converted into other substances supporting bone and cartilage repair, neurotransmitter synthesis, adrenal support and liver health. If they are not present and homocysteine accumulates, it can lead to blood clotting, inflammation, increased cellular oxidation, heart attack and stroke

Maximizing Cysteine Absorption and Energy Metabolism:

Without proper cysteine production and metabolism, its full effect will not be felt nor experienced. Because cysteine is a protein, take the enzyme PROTEASE after Cysteine production starts. - Enzyme Source of PROTEASE: Source Ginger, Wheat
Proteases work best in acidic conditions.

Other enzymes are Proteolytic Enzyme

Cysteine is produced via protein hydrolysis. The Proteolytic Enzymes Papaya and pineapple are two of the richest plant sources, and these can be taken after the cysteine production has started to help maximize the sulphur reaction.
The most obvious use of proteolytic enzymes is to assist digestion
http://healthlibrary.epnet.com/GetContent.aspx?token=e0498803-7f62-4563-8d47-5fe33da65dd4&chunkiid=21671

It is interesting to note that overripe fruit has the maximum number of Cysteine Proteases. Once again signifying fermentation.
Cysteine proteases are commonly encountered in fruits including papaya, pineapple, and kiwifruit. The proportion of protease tends to be higher when the fruit is unripe (remember overripe fruit increases ATP/Cataylise activity)
Proteases work best in acidic conditions.
And to maximize sulfide energy, Taurine can also be taken with the Cysteine. Taurine also holds water in the cells. So an alkaline water with the PH range of between pH 6 and 8 maximizes rebuilding.

Tyrosine and cysteine are, of course, tribasic, not dibasic, acids. However, if we consider only the ionization which occurs at pH values above 6 or 7, it is safe to assume that the carboxyl group carries a negative charge, in all the microscopic forms under consideration.
http://www.pnas.org/content/44/6/505.full.pdf?ck=nck

This ionization (which is the rebuilding of the body) occurs at a slightly alkaline state. So when we get a 280 nm light source from the sun and have these in our body, re-generation is maximized.

Incorporation of urea in solutions at pH 9.2 of the kerateine obtained in this manner gave rise to a large negative difference spectrum at a wavelength of about 240 nm with two small negative spectral peaks at wavelengths near 280 nm

Water is key here as the cysteine is part of the Polar (Hydrophilic) R Groups, these amino acids form hydrogen bonds with water and are classified as hydrophilic (water-loving).

Albumin should be taken to help hold these proteins in the body.

The Importance of Oils and how the cells utilize them:
It is important that the body is loaded with the proper EFA oils (Hemp or Udo's Blend, [the perfect 2:1 ratio]) so they can bind with the cysteine and help rejuvenate the body's tissues.

Ref:
"EFA molecules carry slight negative charges that cause them to repel one another. They spread out in all directions. This property enables EFA’s to carry oil-soluble toxins from deep within the body to the skin surface for eliminations. EFA’s form associations with sulfhydryl group (cysteine) in proteins, important in reactions that make possible the one-way movement of electrons and energy on which life depends. EFA’s store electric charges that produce bio-electric currents important for nerve, muscle, and cell membrane functions, and the transmission of messages."
http://altdirt.com/?p=145

Gamma-Linolenic Acid also helps draw out toxins from the skin

Zinc should be taken at the very end as it binds easily with these newly formed proteins and synergises life.

What is Biological Sulphur?
Sulphur is an acid-forming mineral that is part of the chemical structure of methionine, cysteine, taurine, anal gin tathione, sulfur disinfects the blood, resists bacteria. and protects the protoplasm of cells. It aids in oxidation reactions, stimulates bile secretions in the liver, and protects against toxic substances. Because of its ability to protect against the harmful effects of radiation and pollution, sulfur slows down the aging process and extends life span. It is found in hemoglobin and all body tissues and is needed for the synthesis of collagen which prevents dryness and maintains elastic in the skin.

Sulphur, which is a mineral contained in every single cell in the human body.
Big levels of sulphur in our onions will make them really useful in regenerating the hair follicles on our scalps and promoting the re growth of hair and hence reduction in baldness and hair thinning as it is providing the hair with an extra amount of sulfur, that can be absorbed into the scalp and hence help the hair follicles in growing hair.
As well, natural sulphur, as found in onions, has been proven to have greater hair-restoring properties than mined sulfur.
http://www.whatcausesbaldness.net/A-Surprising-Treatment.htm

At high sulphur loads, hydrogen gas is the preferred electron donor
http://www.freepatentsonline.com/EP1433860.html

And we know that high comic rays are full of these hydrogen ions.

So in summary we can see this entire process simplified as Detox - Nutrient Ingestion (via fermented foods, which create B vitamins, Omega 3 oils etc.) - Fermentation - BODY TISSUE REBUILDING. Therefore it is key to have a detoxed, healthy liver before beginning this process. The body should be as detoxed as possible when taking in these compounds so there are no conflicting foods present, and it should occur on an empty stomach. These light weight sulphuric compounds react with the higher cosmic ray counts (ionization), usually 4 to 8 days after a solar flare, and are strongest at the periods just after the equinoxes and solstices. The most powerful period is the first KP rise or "spike" during this 4 to 8 day period. It is key that fermentation is begun first, than the cysteine is followed a few hours afterwards, if doing this process in one day.

Foods that help induce Cysteine:
Whey protein is a particularly rich food source of cysteine
Milk Thistle

We can conclude that whey protein, lactoferrin and multifermented whey are good candidates as dietary inhibitors of oxidative stress and should be considered as potential medicinal foods in various pathologies as HIV infection and cancer
Ref: http://www.health-marketplace.com/article-lactoferrin.htm

Synergists of n-acetyl cysteine It is also known to work synergistically with vitamin E and Selenium as an antioxidant. Therefore Vitamin E and Selenium should be introduced at the very end.

This process can also follow the course of a 24 hour period. Detox in the morning, fermentation foods at highest solar irridiance (ATP Maximization) and finally body tissue rebuilding in late afternoon.

Cautionary Notes:
When taking N-acetyl cysteine it is recommended that two to three times as much vitamin C be taken at the same time. Failure to do so may result in more harm than good from taking this product because of the prolonged presence of the oxidized form of L-Cysteine. The vitamin C also helps keep the glutathione that is produced from the Cysteine in its reduced form so that it can continue acting as an antioxidant.
http://www.advance-health.com/nacetylcysteine.html
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=N-acetyl+cysteine+%2B+VITAMIN+c&aq=f&oq=&aqi=g1

Other non-essential Amino Acids to be taken at higher cosmic rays, as these ionize easiest: Tyrosine, Cysteine, Asparic Acid, Alanine, Methionine
Ref: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Alanine+%2B+ionization&aq=f&oq=&aqi=
http://class.fst.ohio-state.edu/FST605/lectures/Lect9.html

To test this for yourself, just as a test take in foods that are higher in Sulphur such as brussel sprouts, when the cosmic rays and or solar irridiance is higher. The next morning your body will be full and alive of energy.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The ATP Engine:

This is the key energy source of the cell. This occurs mostly when the Solar Flux and KP indexes are at high levels during a solar flare storm. And when the KP is generally at higher than average levels. When this is functioning properly, it acts as an antioxidant, and should be at maximum values when a solar flare is present.

This process should occur early in the morning because the body is detoxing, the amino acids should occur at the highest solar irridiance, because this is the time of most radiation. This ATP engine should be increased when the KP is higher.
ATP engine - pole balancing than physical activity (because pole balancing gives strength),
ATP/Detoxing: 3 to 4 days before a full moon & 72 hours after a full moon, the same as 0-3 before a flare period

The ATP is really just a very powerful antioxidant in action. When there is as much less conflict as possible between the foods taken during this magnetic reconnect process, the more powerful the ATP engine "spins". This magnetic re connective process is also reflected in the earth's magnetic reconnection after a solar flare. You can see the process act as a time mirror at this link. By having the right foods, this same process can occur, to "turn back the clock" on aging on our bodies. A good example are the combinations of L-carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid. L-carnitine is the detoxer and Alpha Lipoic Acid is the "engine" for the cell. When these are taken it creates a "magnetic re connective" effect on our body's cells, thus turning back the aging in our bodies. The less amount of interference/conflicting foods you can have when taking these foods, the more powerful the effect. The way to know which is the "engine" and which is the "fuel" is to look at the days during a solar flare. Because Detox occurs days 0-3 before a flare, and days 4-8 more proteins occur, this means that the proteins are the "engine", which comes 2nd and the detox phase which is 0-3, or EFA Oils, which are detoxers. It is only when the solar wind speed, falls out of favorable range, do we need to "retune" the ATP engine of our body's cells to provide maximum protection and body rejuvenation. The best range for ATP activity is slightly alkaline with the PH range of between pH 6 and 8. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a sulphur antioxidant, and research shows that sulphur is one of the most powerful ways to detox the body.

Other proof that proteins are naturally increased over a 4 day period:
"The protein in bananas held for four days increased by an average of 49.3 percent on a fresh weight basis of banana or 59.2 percent on a dry weight basis. The increase in protein in bananas ripened for four days as compared to those ripened for two days was significant "
Ref: http://food.oregonstate.edu/ref/weaver/rr3.html

Overripe fruits such as Avocado, Banana, Mango, Mushroom, Peach can also increase ATP/Cataylase activity

Alpha Lipoic Acid Synergists:
Vitamin E, Gingko biloba, nicotinamide, riboflavin, carnitine, lipoic acid, and dichloroacetate.

Alpha Lipoic Acid - This is an Oxlic Acid, it binds with toxins and metals. It is also high in Vitamin E. A combination of Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin E are very powerful.

The ATP "powering up"

This creates and helps produce the beneficial fermentation process. Hydrogen Ions are another ATP "engine" and the more of these hydrogen ions the more power to the ATP engine. Therefore, we can see that Beet Juice, used as one of the best ATP engines has the highest amount of Hydrogen Ions, as shown below (followed by Maple Syrup, and sweet potato juice, carrot juice and than the Potato):

An acid-forming food contributes hydrogen ions to the body

Increase Hydrogen Ions to carry the nutrients into the cells for ATP

Oligosaccharides + Hydrogen Ions

Foods Highest in Oligosaccharides are in Chicory root, Yacón, Jerusalem artichokes
Followed by: burdock, tomatoes, onions, and asparagus

Hydrogen from food supplies the needed protons and electrons for the mitochondria electron transport chain to make ATP. We each use about one-half pound of pure hydrogen every day just for the production of ATP. Attaching hydrogen to a molecule means lending energy to it. Since in hydrogen the electron and proton are loosely coupled, by attaching a hydrogen we essentially attach an electron. Dr. Carrel said: "The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid (water) in which it floats that degenerates. Renew this fluid at intervals, give the cells what they require for nutrition, and as far as we know, the pulsation of life may go on forever." Studies have shown that the human body stores hydrogen in its tissues. As we age, tissue hydrogen-depletion may lead to many of the symptoms of the aging process. This may cause sub-clinical dehydration since it appears that hydrogen may play a role in hydrating our cells
http://tuberose.com/Hydrogen_and_Oxygen.html

A Nutrient Delivery Example is shown below:

Blood- Beet juice is similar to blood - nutrient delivery system is yeast

Bone - Cal/Mag Ratio -similar to bone density - delivery system is yogurt

Muscle - amino acids - delivery system lcartine, and glutamine

The key is to have foods in proper ratios related to bone and tissue etc. and than an efficient delivery system in these ratios . So you can deliver them into the areas - tissue, bone, blood (atp) etc.. Example an ease of digestion and lightest molecular carb compound and minerals.

Dr. Omura's discovery resulted in a novel technique, which greatly increased the body's ability to clear up recurring infections, both viral and bacterial. By chance, he also discovered
an inexpensive, easy way to remove -- or chelate -- toxic metals from the nervous system and body tissues. Dr. Omura treated several patients for an eye infection called trachoma (granular conjunctivitis), which is caused by the micro-organism Chlamydia trachomatis. Following the standard treatment, Dr. Omura found that the patients' symptoms would initially clear up, only to recur within a few months. After taking a closer look, Dr. Omura found these organisms seemed to hide and flourish in areas of the body where there were concentrations of heavy metals like mercury, lead, and aluminum. Somehow the organisms were able to use the toxic metals to protect themselves from the medicine. While he was testing for these toxic metals, Dr. Omura discovered that the leaves of the coriander plant (cilantro) could accelerate the excretion of mercury, lead, and aluminum from the body.

Cilantro Extract has been shown in clinical trials and research to mobilize mercury, tin, and other toxic metals stored in the brain and spinal cord, and it moves them rapidly out of those tissues. This is a revolutionary discovery and makes cilantro the first known substance that mobilizes mercury from the Central Nervous System
Cilantro, garlic, selenium (selenomethionine), zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, calcium, NAC, and glutathione are all effective mercury chelators

Proteins and Natural Increases via the "browning" effect.

Once again we see the link between overripe foods and regeneration of the body.

A study done in 1988 by Professor Knoll showed that rats given medium does of Deprenyl live up to thirty percent longer because the drug slows this loss of dopamine. Deprenyl increases the life span as well as activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase. Deprenyl use as an antidepressant and for life extension is now widely proclaimed after a number of animal experiments have confirmed its longevity potential.
http://www.anti-aging-guide.com/51deprenyl.php

Avocado, Banana, Mango, Mushroom, Peach are all high in dopamine, especially when start to turn brown/overripe.
http://www.fao.org/ag/Ags/agsi/ENZYMEFINAL/Enzymatic%20Browning.html

It is key however to load the body with Tyrosine so maximum Dopamine can occur.
"Dopamine is synthesized from tyrosine"
http://food.oregonstate.edu/ref/weaver/r17.html

Citric Acid is a Dopamine Synergist.

Once again we see the link between overripe foods and regeneration of the body.

It is important to load the body first with Tyrosine:
Foods highest in Tyrosine:
Spirulina and Soy Protein, Seaweed, Watercress

SHORT CHAIN FATTY ACID PRODUCTION

Pea proteins, lupin seeds and oligosaccharides can provide synergism to the yogurt and related foods to maximize body rejuvenation. These proteins should come from organic soybean protein, organic whey protein, organic pea protein and organic lupin seeds sources. You see the body produces all these "life rejuvenating" minerals and related compounds whilst digesting fermented foods such as yogurt.  The fuel for this are the soluble fibers such as oats, cumin seed, barley, wheat etc.  The main fuel for this is the Biologically Active Proteins, from Whey Protein.

Biologically active proteins (or Bio proteins)
When he tested this protein, he found that his mice / research animals lived from 30% to 50% longer, and they were less vulnerable to cancer and other diseases.
Bio-active protein, they found, provides a rich source of cysteine, which boosts the supply of glutathione -- the molecule that scientists say protects us against disease.

Glutamine is best known for its ability to serve as a source of fuel for the cells that line the gastrointestinal tract. More specifically, glutamine is the preferred fuel source for cells lining the small intestine. By nourishing these cells, glutamine helps maintain the health and integrity of the gastrointestinal tract. Glutamine also serves as precursor to the antioxidant glutathione, participates in glycogen synthesis (the storage form of carbohydrate), and provides nitrogen compounds for the manufacture of nucleotides which are used to make DNA and RNA.

Glutamine increases the growth of Lactic Acid Bacteria
http://www.jbc.org/content/143/3/655.full.pdf

This occurs via fermentation.
"Short Chain Fatty Acid Creation. The experimental diets were supplemented with 8% extract from lupin or pea seeds and contained 3.9 or 4.9% ofa-galactosides, respectively. The administration of lupin and pea preparations was accompanied by an increase in ammonia and protein contents in caecal digesta. Feeding oligosaccharides caused higher nitrogen excretion "

Pea Protein, which happens to be rich in Lysine, can also acclerate and increase the amount of calcium that is absorbed into the body, especially when eating fermented foods such as yogurt, which happen to contain large amounts of calcium.
And yogurt happens to have a perfect Arginine to Lysine Ratio: (3:1 of lysine to arginine)

To help "stuff" the body with good bacteria, and get rid of the old bacteria, which happens when you let too much bacteria multiply use natural bad gut bacteria destroyers such as Cranberries and insoluble fiber.

Paleomeal Protein Powder

Glutamine comes from amino acid glutamic acid or glutamate. Glutamate sources:

Fermented products such as soy sauce, steak sauce, and Worcestershire sauce have levels of glutamate similar to foods with added monosodium glutamate. Part of the flavor-enhancing effect of tomatoes, fermented soy products, yeast extracts, certain sharp cheeses, and fermented or hydrolyzed protein products (such as soy sauce and fermented bean paste) is due to the presence of free glutamate ions

Glutaminase  - plays an important role in soy sauce fermentation - comes from yeast and good microbes

Soy Protein Isolate is another High Protein Powder

During proper fermentation, new Short Chain Fatty Acids are produced in the body. After this process we want to stabilize the SCFA (short chain fatty acid) production via these "buffers" and "stabilizers"
(flavonoids ) Quercetin, Rutin, Kaempferol, Luteolin, Fustin, Catechin, Lecithin

Seeger and others have shown that the respiration of cancer cells can be completely normalized by a combination of red beet, raw fermented food and vitamin C. A team of researchers has suggested that combining the active ingredients in Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum; Lingzhi) and green tea creates synergetic effects that inhibit the growth of tumors and delays the time of death in mice with sarcomas

Increasing Growth Hormone

Alternative method of increasing one's level of growth hormone is to take a growth hormone releaser such as arginine. L-arginine, or L-arginine hydrochloride, taken on an empty stomach, will cause a significant release of growth hormone in many people. It is necessary, however, to use a very large dose of arginine: 10 to 30 grams, depending upon many factors such as one's age and body weight. Taking a few capsules of arginine will have no effect on growth hormone in adults. Arginine's growth hormone release is enhanced if supplemental choline and B5 (calcium pantothenate) are taken at the same time. The choline can be in the form of any available form of choline or DMAE supplement. (Centrophenoxine, a very safe substance available from European or Mexican pharmacies, can also be used as a choline source. Centrophenoxine is converted to choline in the body.)

The effectiveness of arginine as a growth hormone releaser is highly unpredictable. There are great individual differences in the effectiveness of arginine as a growth hormone releaser, and the effect diminishes dramatically with increasing age. The effectiveness of arginine can best be maintained by not taking it continuously. A schedule of something like four weeks of continuous use followed by a two-week break generally works best.

The effectiveness of arginine in releasing growth hormone is greatly diminished if foods have been consumed that cause other amino acids or significant amounts of insulin to be present in the bloodstream along with the arginine. That is why the arginine should be taken on an empty stomach (i.e., at least one hour before or three hours after a meal).

INTERFERENCE WITH IGF-I/INSULINE

The interference with IGF-I/insulin is the same process used in Resveratrol, the long life "drug", which in research has shown that high doses have been toxic.

Because interference with IGF-I/insulin increases long life,
http://books.google.com/books?id=jIxXJCxGNvAC&pg=PT343&lpg=PT343&dq=interference+with+IGF-I/insulin+%2B+longivity&source=bl&ots=zP5JVHOxj8&sig=gwyw_hEXDYXE9s63obmxvmeDMGw&hl=en&ei=x8USS57WMYH8tQO1iIzmAQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CAoQ6AEwAA

Fermented foods contain IGF-I/insulin.
Not only do fermented milks contain such nutrients as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals and vitamins that allow for growth, development and tissue differentiation, but they also contain growth factors, hormones (gastrin, insulin, IGF-I and IGF-II
http://www.ifm.net/industry/fermented_milk.htm

Several dietary agents, such as green tea polyphenol (GTP), lycopene, curcumin, silibinin, and apigenin, directly interfere with circulating levels of IGF-I and its receptor. Because tomatoes are part of the flavonoid group, which are taken at the end, these create a stopping of the oxidative stress which occurs during pole balancing. The most powerful of these is the tomato.

In conclusion, after the fermented foods, such as yogurt, sauerkraut are taken, than the tomatoes are ingested so the IGF-I signals can be "interfered with", thus increasing our longivity.

And Guess what? Tomatoes are listed as #1 for foods listed as the top 10 foods for longivity:
