The "Re-Generation" Effect of Organic Compounds:

These are electron donating substances. When the increased hydrogen ray count 4 days after a solar flare occurs, this re-generation effect can be felt most powerfully. That is why it is important to take the electron donors before this higher cosmic ray period. These electron donators, which are also sulphur amino acids detox the body quickest, before toxins can rebuild it self, after regeneration. These act as "mini-engines" and the faster the re-generative effect can occur, the less aging/tear/damage to the body will occur. Introducing the SOD/ATP process after taking in the electron donor will lead to maxi um rejuvenation. An example is take the electron sulphur donor first, than induce ATP/SOD, than the regenerative part last.

Re-Generation Group:
Alpha lipoic acid and acetyl L-carnitine
CoQ10 and vitamin E
Glutathione, can regenerate vitamin C, than Vitamin C can in turn regenerate vitamin E.
B vitamins & manganese than Lactobacillus Generation via intestinal fermentation
Niacin in its coenzyme form, NADH, allows the regeneration of vitamin C

When this regeneration occurs, it is a form of "fermentation", and has much more rejuvenating power.

"For example, it has been shown that CoQ10 regenerates vitamin-E. When this happens the vitamin-E becomes more effective and fights – rather than promotes – the oxidation of LDL and therefore coronary heart disease."

Therefore, there should be ample amounts of these sulphur electron donors (Acetyl-Carnitine etc.) in the body before the "regenerative element" is taken for maximum rejuvenation to occur.

It is the sulphur that creates the beneficial fermentation process.
In fact, the benefits of sulfur-containing supplements (Glucosamine Sulfate, MSM) on some forms of arthritis are not just a result of their positive effect on cartilage regeneration,

During white wine production sulphur, it is added at almost every stage of the process. Sulfur Dioxide is a simple molecule, two Oxygen atoms bonded with a Sulfur . The most important mechanism of action for Sulfur Dioxide is as an anti-microbial agent. It regulates the growth of harmful yeast and bacterial growth in the wine. Another important role of Sulfur Dioxide lies in its anti-oxidant properties. SO2 can bind with a molecule called acetaldehyde. Many of you have experienced the smell of this molecule from a brown, bruised apple. It is also produced when a wine undergoes oxidation. When SO2 reacts with acetaldehyde, they bond together, producing a harmless, odorless molecule. If a winemaker uses too much SO2, it can kill the “good” yeast, haulting fermentation before the desired end point.

Riboflavin is involved in regenerating glutathione, a component of one of the body's antioxidant system to protect against free-radical damage.

Therefore, taking lots of B vitamins & manganese before intestinal fermentation via good bacteria will create a powerful regeneration effect.

Fermenting Pomegranate Juice
In this study, cell cultures of mouse mammary glands were treated with pomegranate fermented juice polyphenols, a high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) peak separated from the pomegranate juice, or pomegranate seed oil for ten days. On day three, the cultures were exposed to DMBA carcinogens. The glands were then harvested and tumors were counted visually. The results showed a 42% reduction in the number of lesions as compared with the control group when pomegranate fermented juice polyphenols were used. There was an 87% reduction in the number of lesions with both the HPLC and pomegranate seed oil. These results indicate that pomegranate juice can be very effective in reducing the number of lesions in cancerous mammary cells.

In addition to their cholesterol-lowering prowess, blueberry phytonutrients are rapidly building a reputation for possessing antidiabetic properties. In a recent in vitro study, extracts of the Canadian lowbush blueberry were fermented with the Serratia vaccinii bacterium, a process known to modify the phenolic content and increase antioxidant activity. Results indicated that the fermented blueberry juice dramatically increased glucose uptake into muscle cell cultures while decreasing triglyceride formation in adipocytes (fat cells).16 Fermented blueberry extracts can function as insulin potentiators. Diabetics taking a commercial preparation of blueberry and other extracts significantly lowered their fasting plasma glucose levels. Blueberry leaves contain polyphenols that demonstrate alpha-amylase inhibitor activity and may represent an encouraging adjunctive treatment for type 2 diabetes.

These electron donators bind to toxins and draw them out of the body.
Metal chelation: In vitro tests show that lipoic acid, like other antioxidants, forms insoluble complexes with toxic metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. In other words, by binding to these substances, it pulls them out of circulation and facilitates their excretion, thereby preventing damage to body tissue.

Vitamin B should be present or the fermentation process should be well underway when Lipoic Acid is taken

Some animal studies have shown a worsening of B-complex vitamin deficiencies when lipoic acid is supplemented in the absence of B-complex vitamins.

During this fermentation process, the most simplest carbohydrates called monosaccharides should be taken, because they require almost no digestion by the body and are easily absorbed. The basic carbohydrate units are called monosaccharides; examples are glucose, galactose, and fructose.

Monosaccharides (from Greek monos: single, sacchar: sugar) are the most basic unit of carbohydrates. They are the simplest form of sugar and are usually colorless, water-soluble, crystalline solids. Some monosaccharides have a sweet taste. Examples of monosaccharides include glucose (dextrose), fructose (levulose), galactose, xylose and ribose. Monosaccharides - ARE HIGHEST IN RIPE OR FRUIT THAT IS OVERIPENED
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monosaccharide

"The allowed carbohydrates are monosaccharides and have a single molecule structure that allow them to be easily absorbed by the intestine wall. Complex carbohydrates which are disaccharides (double molecules) and polysaccharides (chain molecules) are not allowed. Complex carbohydrates that are not easily digested feed harmful bacteria in our intestines causing them to overgrow producing by products and inflaming the intestine wall. The diet works by starving out these bacteria and restoring the balance of bacteria in our gut.
The Specific Carbohydrate Diet™ was clinically tested for over 50 years by Dr Haas and biochemist Elaine Gottschall with convincing results

If you went to the webpage and read the immune system report, you know that these monosaccharides are nothing more than 8 different kinds of sugars. That's right, sugars, but they are not sweet or the same as table sugar. All your cells in the body need these sugars to eat and dispose of wastes. This includes your immune system cells, ie, NK, kpuffer, macrophages, t-cells, etc. These monosaccharides also work as identifiers in the body, they allow the cells to communicate with one another. They allow the cells and immune system cells to recognize self!

dry curd cottage cheese
sulphur containing antioxidants including glutathione, lipoic acids

At some point the body reaches what is know as glycosalization, or a sort of saturation with monosaccharides. (See Note Below) At this time all the cells can now communicate with one another. Self is talking with self and recognizes self. The immune system can now recognize weak, injured, and dead cells and goes about repairing, removing, and generating new cells. This is so cool it is astounding, because if you have injured cells from childhood diseases or injuries, it will repair or replace them. What happens is the body will have a healing crisis and the old injuries, illnesses where the cells were damaged, will react as if you have that illness again as it heals these areas in the body. Most cases only last about 7 days and then you are feeling good again.

CYSTEINE, METHIONINE, TAURINE (sulphur containing amino acids) AND GLUTATHIONE:
Especially the heavy metals, cadmium, arsenic and mercury bind with sulphur to create sulfides and thus become soluble to be excreted from the body. Glutathione is also an important antioxidant. Taurine and glutathione can improve the detoxification capacity.of the liver

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane):
Is an organic sulphur compound. As a source of sulphur it helps eliminate heavy metals, just like the sulphur containing amino acids, by chelating the heavy metals and making them soluble. MSM works primarily extra cellular.

THIOCTIC ACID:
Is a chelating agent, which means it combines with heavy metals to yield complexes that can be eliminated by the body. Being a very small water and fat soluble molecule, thiocitc acid has access to almost any tissue in the body and work within cells too. It increases the intra cellular level of glutathione. Glutathione is the most important cerebral antioxidant. That is why thioctic acid is especially important to eliminate heavy metals from the brain and other nervous tissue
Methionine: similar to MSM but it unbalances the pH

Metal removal recipe: (to be done for 1 to 2 months)

More is not always better. Too many beneficial bacteria in one formula may find the bacteria competing with each other before they can establish themselves in separate areas of the intestinal tract. On the other hand, there are several other bacteria that are extremely beneficial in any probiotic formula
